to the public, the restaurant facility will be a place
for the traveler, the family, the business person, and local
residents to enjoy great food in a friendly
atmosphere.
Open six
days for lunch and dinner, with Sunday brunch and Sunday
evening supper, and featuring southern cuisine along with a
smattering of Cajun and American standards, our restaurant will
also contribute to the ongoing support of the historic Del
Castle home and museum.
