Refer Investors and Donors To Us

We are looking for donors and investors to fund the Del Castle Restoration project. We will pay a generous referral fee to those who put us in touch with such people who then contract with us to participate.

We are looking for the following:

For the non-profit side of things:
( non profit side will pay for land, land preparation, the building of the Del Castle itself, and the foundation which will manage the operations of the Del Castle complex)

• foundations
• historical societies
• private donors
  

For the profit side of things:

• lease of the land from the Del Castle foundation
• land preparation for the commercial enterprises, which include speakeasy nightclub, restaurant, classic car museum, exhibits, and storage, outdoor event facility for weddings, reunions, and other social gatherings, and eventually a family oriented luxury apartment complex

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a solicitation for the sales of securities. Any and all transactions with investors will be in the form of private loans. those who refer donors and investors to us will be paid from the proceeds of those loans, based on the dollar amount of said loans.
